Intermittent fasting and skipping breakfast

I have great success with intermittent fasting typically from 9pm - 5 pm any others ?5-9 I take in about 1700 calories over 100 grams of protein and keep. Arbs under 50 g

So...a four hour eating window.
One meal a day.
Whatever works for you is a good plan. What is the "great success" part? 1700 is a low calorie goal for a man...and 100g protein is low, too. How long have you been doing this? What are your goals? Just weight loss?2 -
