    @Lynn__W My goal was always to weigh less at the end than I did at the beginning of the round. Almost 5# is a rather lofty goal unless you make huge dietary changes. 1.5-2# per week is considered a safe healthy weight loss goal.

    Return to MFP SW (Dec 2021): 267
    HSW: 265
    RSW: 211.2
    UGW for now: 195, then reevaluate

    Goal for this round: less than I started with
    2022 goals: move more (okay, move some), eat mindfully

    10/14 211.2 Last round before vacation. MIL is doing better and we hope will be headed back to rehab fairly soon. Lots going on this weekend but I am determined to remain somewhere close to plan. Happy Friday, y’all!

    10/17 212.4 Several meals out this weekend so I think (hope) this is mostly sodium. Pushing water today. Meals planned and logged.
