    I listen to Sten Ekberg on youtube- he is calm and convincing. Good to keep you trying to maintain fasting. I have two cups of coffee to get my day started and then go to a group class at the gym every am for about an hour. It distracts me from the fridge during that key time of 9-12 noon. The exercise helps with the good feeling- I will never be an athlete! I hate getting hot and sweaty. Best wishes to you.

    Thank you I do similar as in black weak coffee all morning. Try to exercise in am . I am hungry sometimes until 2 pm but once I have eaten 2 filling meals I am fine until my naughty hubby tempts me . But I think I have found a way around that . So even if I still have calories left I log my eve snacks on following day then it reminds me to be careful the next day🥰
