I've been maintaining just below 120 lbs since end of May-ish. Then about 2 weeks ago I challenged the scale to move up, and with increased consumption of beer and food and less riding my bike, it did! I gained a couple pounds over the 120. My success is I can take it back off! I know what to do. Cut back on alcohol and bring my calories back down. Bam. Back to just below 120 again. It feels so much more manageable and do-able now! I've learned a ton from this community.
