    Hey everyone. This is a restart for me. Following being sick, I was frustrated with my efforts, in addition to a lack of energy and focus. I yo-yoed up/down 8 pounds since September. But I've begun exercising again, and am taking steps to get back on track.

    Scale is moving slowly and so am I. My commitment has been very low the last week, I can't seem to get back on course. I have a doctor's appointment on 11/22 to check A1C and I am praying that it will be better than last time.
