New to this app

Hello all! Still learning this app but like so far👍 very active walk run a lot.. but desk job! Menopause and trying to form new eating habits.. keeping track of everything I put in my mouth is really helping! Have my Fitbit connected to this app.. and feel like I hv way too many calories left at end of day.. what am I doing wrong if anything?

    I'm not a nutritionist, but if you have calories leftover (and depending on how many), this could be the crux of your weight gain or loss struggle. I am also in menopause and was not eating enough calories throughout the day. Now, I'm anywhere from 1620 - 2000 calories per day - use the macros portion of the MFP app to ensure that I'm roughly following healthy macro guidelines. Good luck

    You got good advice already myself have gone through menopause and I had to not let MFP add my exercise to my food, They give you more calories for every exercise.
