Hey everyone. This is a restart for me. Following being sick, I was frustrated with my efforts, in addition to a lack of energy and focus. I yo-yoed up/down 8 pounds since September. But I've begun exercising again, and am taking steps to get back on track.4 -

Scale is moving slowly and so am I. My commitment has been very low the last week, I can't seem to get back on course. I have a doctor's appointment on 11/22 to check A1C and I am praying that it will be better than last time.
