How much has anyone on here lost in a month ?

I've been on MyFitnessPal.com for about three weeks, and it's been the best move I did in a while. I started on my new regimen on September 1st ( I'm doing the vegetarian diet for a month and lots of cardio ). I lost 14 pounds so far and counting I want to know what's the most anyone here has lost in a month?

I've been active since 28th August and have lost 4.8kg (10.5lb)
And that's been a slow run for me0 -
Its been the best move I made too! I think the most I lost was between 7-9 pounds...that was my first month as well. That first month of eating correct calories and exercising kicks your body into gear....the rest was more gradual.0

I lost 10 in one month. Burned myself out. Gained 7 the next month. Net loss: 3 lbs lol0 -
I lost 8 pounds in my first month. I am loving MFP. It has been the only thing that has worked for me. I get so nervous on Mondays when I weigh in, but then I am so excited because I lose something every week. It is great being able to say that I am losing weight because I am watching what I eat, counting calories, and exercising; not taking any diet pill or on any extreme diet.0

In the last 4 weeks I've lost 4.2 kgs (9.25 pds), I've been at this for a while, but kicked it up a gear trying to be "hot for my 50th" birthday party.

I think my max was somewhere around 6-10 per month, I can't quite remember- it's been a while. But once I got within 5 lbs of my goal weight, it started coming off at a ridiculously slow pace (I am now 2 lbs from goal).0 -
I've been losing around 10lbs a month since the second month.0

I lost 13 pounds the first month and 40 pounds in the last 3 months.0

I just lost 6 lbs in my first month of going on everyday, exercising everyday & eating better. I don't really care about that too much though, I'm more happy that I can actually see a difference in my body since I've started.0

I lost 20 the first month maybe month and a half. I then hit platue for good 6 months (I LOST MAD AMOUNT OF INCHES DURING THIS TIME) and now have lost 2 this month.0

I lost about 15 a month for the first couple of months. I now lose about 5 a month as long as I stay focused.

i've been at this for 2 months now and lost 10 lbs the first month and 10 lbs this month! keep working at it and you'll lose tons in no time0

I am crazy about mfp! I have lost 11 pounds so far in 3 weeks, my weigh in's are on Mondays! :bigsmile:0

I lost 22 pounds from Jan. 2 - Feb. 2, but that was before I started MFP in March.0

I had to look at my history, I lost about 14 pounds in the first month, and as of my last weigh in at 61 days I was at 26 pounds down.0

doing things right - about 8-9 lbs in a month I think.
however, I lost my first 30 lbs in three weeks - epic tummy bug! I dont recommend that at all. however, I took the headstart from that and kept going.0 -

I've been steadily losing 4-5 pounds each month, although this month i'm closer to racking up 9 pounds lost...0

At 38 days = 19 pounds, so thats about .5 pounds a day, so about 15 in the first month0

i lose 5 lbs per month on average, there have been a couple of months that i lost 8-9 lbs.0
