Hi everyone! I skipped the last round due to health reasons but I missed everyone! 🥹I’m not sure what my 10 day goal is, likely maintenance but I feel the camaraderie is something I need to keep my spirits up in my life right now.

11/14 - 124.6 - typical weekend gain. I’m sure a lot of this is water though I did overindulge a bit. Restaurant meals for the next 3 days aren’t going to help but I do find it very easy to avoid snacking when traveling. Silver lining I guess!

11/13 I'll be hitting the gym today around 4pm
11/14 went to gym around 6pm even though I was in pain from day before using elliptical!
11/15 I corrected my starting weight because I had it wrong 😅 weighed myself today I was off by 2lbs idky I thought I weighed more . I'll be hitting the gym later this evening. So relieved I'm not in pain like yesterday.
11/16 weighed myself this morning I'm 204.5! Little progress! My diet is basically counting calories if I lose too much calories at the gym I eat a lite snack as soon I get home. Took day off from gym .
11/17 because yesterday I didn't goto the gym. I'll definitely have to kick my butt today.

11/17-121.2 My goal is one month away. Four months ago I was 134 LBS and had a 33” natural waist (sitting above a very robust “fat of a hippo’s butt”). I would love to take credit for all the weight loss; but I suspect the thyroid pill and getting sick with Covid had a lot to do with the loss. I feel much healthier.

11/13: 147.8 I've been away but I'm back. Yesterday was an eat-drink-whatever-I-want day. I gained weight even though I completed a 45-mile road bike ride. I'm going to try and stick to tracking my food again and I'm trying to follow the advice from "The Whole Body Reset,' by Stephen Perrine. We'll see how it goes.
11/14: 148 Weekends are hard for me
11/15: 147.2 Had a better Monday - yoga workout, stuck to eating plan; replaced alcohol with a virgin Cape Cod (club soda and cranberry)
11/16: 146 I'm on a roll. Stuck close to plan yesterday, had a good spin workout and another virgin Cape Cod with dinner in place of alcohol. Can I do this one more day? I can. I will!
11/17: 145.8 Yesterday was a higher calorie day with a workout. I was happy with the small loss. It's so hard not to do late-night snacking.

11/15: 164.8 .. hard day. woke at 3am, worrying. Too many areas of stress. At 7pm vowed I'd stay away from "all breads" for 5 days but that didn't work.
11/16: 166, expected gain. Today I will breathe, try to stay focused and positive. Tomorrow I'll weigh less.
Five hr round road trip to shop for a used car; the owner of the car we specifically went to see totally ghosted us! Came home to snowy roads. Over in WW points for the day but didn't allow myself to slip into mindlessly grazing in the kitchen. Day was probably a 6.5/10.

11/16 174.0 I kind of expected a gain as I ate one of my triggers last night (Mac & Cheese). It was soooo good. I made a small batch knowing if there were any leftovers, I would continue to eat it. It's gone with a bonus of no gain. Tonight is frozen pizza night. Since my kids were small, we had frozen pizza on Wednesday night to give mom a break from cooking. My kids have moved out but frozen pizza night lives on. Depending on my calorie budget, sometimes I have pizza; but this also gives me a chance to eat something light that wouldn't satisfy my DH. I'm thinking maybe a veggie omelet. Yum!

1/17-168-Got caught up on bill paying and cleaned off the island before I went to the quilt shop for my next project (for the relative). Had healthy dinner. DH bought a big bag of very fresh Brussels sprouts when he was on the coast and we’ve been enjoying those.5 -
@AR10at50 I love Brussels sprouts. I take the outer leaves and toss with EVOO and seasonings. Then roast in the toaster oven. They’re a great snack! I haven’t found a prep method I didn’t like!4

Goal for this round is to lose a pound.. No binges, keep within calories & macros.
Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. Healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

Focusing on how strong and fit I am helps me make better food choices and to not get too down on my self for not being perfect.

11/13: 147.8 I've been away but I'm back. Yesterday was an eat-drink-whatever-I-want day. I gained weight even though I completed a 45-mile road bike ride. I'm going to try and stick to tracking my food again and I'm trying to follow the advice from "The Whole Body Reset,' by Stephen Perrine. We'll see how it goes.

11/15: 147.2 Had a better Monday - yoga workout, stuck to eating plan; replaced alcohol with a virgin Cape Cod (club soda and cranberry)
11/16: 146 I'm on a roll. Stuck close to plan yesterday, had a good spin workout and another virgin Cape Cod with dinner in place of alcohol. Can I do this one more day? I can. I will!
11/17: 145.8 Yesterday was a higher calorie day with a workout. I was happy with the small loss. It's so hard not to do late-night snacking.
11/18: 147.2 Had wine with dinner last night and that would have been okay but I also got into the late night snacking. This is my life story. @staceymcmd, I'm also almost right back where I started. @Skyleen75, I also keep losing the same 5 pounds. I eat healthy for a few days then I don't for a few days. I make progress, and then I lose progress. Today, I'm committing to skipping the late night snacking for the rest of the 10 days. Surely I can do that. I can. I will!

I only had about 300 calories left going into dinner and ate a lot more than that. I got some protein powder last night to try to up my protein intake in the form of smoothies.
