    Whatever my body is hungry for and if I go 100 calories or even more over what I should idealy net I remember this is a program this is not a doctor. Its a suggestion and not mandatory.

    1 medium macintosh apple is 80 calories, or 2 g2, 20 0z gatorades, are 90 cals.(45 cals a piece) I have g2 gatorade as a treat. I try to drink mostly water. hope it helps.

    a fruit or vegetable ( I like bell peppers raw) is pretty good.

    but you know I wouldn't totally sweat it if you go over your calories by 50. Assuming you're eating a 250 calorie deficit thats still a 200 cal deficit for the day, its not going to really stall your weight loss out.

    Fruit. .. I like to eat berries. . and you can have a whole cup of strawberry halves for a whopping 49 calories, or a cup of blackberries for 62. .

    other than fruit. . I like veggies and hummus. . . the veggies are low cal and the hummus packs some protein!

    definitely fruits and veggies. Or I make a small salad with 2 cups kale, a tomato and cucumber. They're all really low in cals and filling.

    I usually eat the 90 calories special k bars or the 100 calorie pack. Or I choose to eat fruit.

    If I'm not hungry I don't eat anything. But some snacks I have that under 100 calories are fruit, veggie sticks, a small (approz .5 oz ) handful of nuts, can of low sodium V8, or one of those Skinny Cow ice cream things.

    OH, yes! Forgot about chocolate!! That too - Trader Joe's has a fantastic 100 calorie milk chocolate bar I love!
