It's Friday tomorrow and that means treat night for me. For my weekly treat I have a bag of maltesers (187 cals) over and above my usual food for the day.
What's your weekly treat...if you have one that is

Take-way night is a Friday night, so we eat junk. I also sneak down to the little shop and buy some lollies!0

I have a small Ice cream cone. ( Edy's choco-chip)0
-
A glass of wine or if I'm really in need of a treat, the Florentine pizza from Domino's! Yum!0

My treat is Brio Grädd Original. It's toffee. 11 pices = 100 kcal I eat them when I'm in need of a treat(like when I have my period), since chocolate is banned for this month and untill Christmas.0

I have a shop around the corner from my house that sells the most delicious chicken & chips in town. Every Wednesday night we have it after my daughters badminton lesson. It used to be a treat for her but now it's become mine0

i don't believe in treats. i eat and drink everything i like in moderate serving sizes.0

I don't have a treat night. I pretty much just make sure I don't go over my cals with whatever I eat. However, I think I should cut down and maybe make saturday the "treat night", not to go over my calories but to eat things like choc or pizza. Lol0

Alcohol, Saturday and usually Sunday. Exercise like hell during the day to keep under cals though. Each to his own eh?0

Parisian Macaroons mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm pure indulgence!0

Friday is Pizza night. That's my treat for the week.0

on my spike day I eat mars, diam bars, pizza, pb&j sammies ....the lot. Looking forward to my Saturday!0

I'm phasing out treat night, as well. I like a glass of wine in the evening, and I do count it. I also love dark chocolate, and a little bit goes a long way, so as long as I can have those two things fairly frequently, I don't feel deprived. Though I tend to order whatever I like when I go out to eat, I only eat until I'm satisfied. I guess that would be considered a 'treat', especially because it doesn't happen that often anymore!0

My life is one big treat LOL Ice cream every day. Spike day 5,000 calories of goodness........pizza, donuts, candy, twinkies etc.0

My Daily treat is a cappuccino - just the perfect way to start the day - and thanks to the joys of Starbucks I can have a skinny tall cappuccino with sugar free hazelnut syrup - tastes so good would never know it's only got around 60cals - real sweet indulgence and the milk fills me up.0

Yup me too! I know that a Friday is off day and I usually exercise in the morning and find I have more energy then so usually burn more calories. I try staying away from cocktails and stick to Vodka and diet 7up...then I can have more!
Nothing wrong with having a treat at all...all you goody two shoes!!! As long as you are under your goal for the day, which I always am!0 -

^This but I also try to eat healthy most of the time I just don't deprive myself when it comes to treats as long as I stay under / within my calorie goal.0 -
I don't have a treat day. I just have a treat when I feel like it, as long as I can fit it into my cals. I don't believe in making anything off limits (completely or on all but one day), just use common sense.0

A 'healthy' treat for me is a low cal hot choc and alpen light bar (choc and orange, mmm). Have these during the week when I fancy
A 'non-healthy' treat for me is at the weekend.. maybe some red wine, meal out, chinese takeaway etc! Trying to not 'blow everything' with these treats though and make up for it during the week!
Oh, and I looooovvveeeee chocolate!0 -
I eat treats EVERYDAY! Since starting this whole MFP thing about 6 months ago I have totally rediscovered my love of food. I have got really into cooking - no ready meals or diet food for me. Granted, I spend a little more money, and a lot more time on my meals, but I think it's totally worth it. I truly love everything that I cook and eat, and I look forward to every meal time. If I don't really enjoy what I'm eating I feel like I've wasted those calories.
I refuse to give up desserts too, I just make sure they fit (in the most part) into my allowance for the day. If anyone wants some amazing healthy dessert recipes go to this blog: www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com

Mine is a pepperoni stick from a local market. Absolutly delicious. Though this week it will probably be sushi, depending on how good I do

i dont have a weekly treat but every now and then i will crave a really fatty meal. so once a week i will eat, for one meal, whatever i want!!! if its a burger, i will get a small meal or i will eat half and i wil let the boy eat the other half....so i keep the portions sort of small but i will sometimes cut it in half that way i get the taste and craving i want.0
-
I like a brandy and coke at the weekend, also if its TOTM I end up with choc cravings too, I manage to control them with diet patches (just for the 2 days I have cravings!) so I can stick to a few chunks off a large bar or one small bar!.. without undoing all my hard work the rest of the month!!0

When I'm in maintenance, I made that decision based on my normal weight range. If I was at the high end of my 5lb range, I'd probably decline dessert. If I was at the low end of the range, I'd probably have a piece of that pie, thankyouverymuch!
But to me, that information isn't something to beat myself up over - it's just a weather report. It's going to be hot today - okay, I'll wear a tank top. It's snowing - oh look sweater weather.
I've recently decided to lose additional weight, and now that I'm in weight loss mode again, I'm basing it on my daily and weekly net calories (weekly is a number you can get from the iPhone app). But again, it's just information - am I on track? Yes = have something if I want it.
But then I don't consider this torture. My daily eating feels good to me so I don't need reward food.0
