I did it! I can finally say I’ve reached 100 pounds lost. Each pound leading up to this goal was, of course, great, but each pound I lose now becomes something I’ve never been able to say before. “101” “105” etc. each pound lost now is so exciting! Don’t give up. Im here to absolutely prove that you can do this too!
