Looking to restart the long journey.

It’s been a couple of years since I was on my fitness journey to better health and a better self. I felt amazing back then having lost 30 pounds. It wasn’t easy but it sure was worth it though. But now, after having my third kid, I gained all that back and more. I’ve never been this heavy ever (I’m at 189.4 lbs)! I don’t feel good about myself; I feel heavy and so unhealthy. I’m finding that I’m getting sick often and having little energy and motivation.

But you know what? I know that no change will come about unless I do something. I know I’ve got to just do it. So here’s my Day 1 of making a comeback.

Feel free to add me if you’re in the same boat! I wouldn’t mind having some friends on here for motivation and encouragement. It really does help.

    We all start somewhere and it's up to us to make a change. Let's work and achieve goals. On my fourth day, with a few friends doing the 75-hard challenge. It's tough but nothing is easy.
