Dark chocolate Dreams and Nutella nom nom nom0

I do love it but haven't eaten any since being on MFP, it just costs too many calories. Once in a while for a treat I suppose I'd have it but on 1200 calories a day I just can't afford for it to make a regular appearance!0

It's great!!!0

Love it!!! Lots of cals but great recovery food.0

1200 calories a day is way too little. but you'll learn that eventually.
I eat peanut butter almost every day, especially after a workout with the amount of protein and good fats in it. It's very satisfying!0 -
true story- I LOVE peanut butter0
-
high protein and lower carbs and super tasty, can't go wrong!!0

My favorite is "Naturally More". It has flax, wheat germ, egg whites and honey mixed in!!
It is the BEST and I am kind of a peanut butter snob....

I use (PB2) powder peanut butter. 45 calories a serving. It is great.0

I'm addicted! White Wonderful Chocolate. I have a half a tbsp on a rice cake, bout 80 cals, this is what I have to help me stay away from candy bars and deserts, this is my guilty pleasure. I have it everyday, usually twice, sometimes up to 4 times a day,I have to watch it, like I said I'm addicted.0

I eat it every day! Jif All-Natural or PB2 on days where I can't spare the extra cals!0
-
I have a tablespoon of Smuckers Natural on a banana every morning for breakfast. Yum....0

A natural no-salt peanut butter has become a staple. Good protein and healthy fats. It is well worth the 180 calories a serving.0
-
love it just dont want to spend that many calories on it... about ready to try the PB2= powdered peanut butter you mix with water, they also have a chocolate one, sounds good . cuts out like 85% of the calories0
-
I love it, but most of the time it isn't worth fitting into my calorie limit.0
-
Apple slices dipped in a bit of peanutbutter - my new comfort food. Yum0
-
My favorite thing in the world. I love the Peanut Butter & Co. flavors!!!!0

Guilty!!
My son loves it just as much as I do. We can eat it by the spoonful0 -
It's good, don't get me wrong but I only have it 1x a week since it's no big deal to me. Should actually have it more since I can never hit my fat quota, I'm always way under.
Kraft Light 80 cals!0 -
Yes I DO!!!!!!!!!!! I eat it every morning with an apple.0
-
when you have worked off a pile of calories, and are done with dinner and find you still need 3-400 more, its just a few spoonfulls of peanut butter and your done! easy and not as bad as say a bowl of ice cream.0

I think a lot of people not on MFP love peanut butter.
Also random - my daughter, who now has a school age son, was asking me for lunch ideas for him. I said a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and an apple. She said "OMG, that's what you used to give us every day!!", as if it were a bad thing. I answered "Not every day, once in a while I made a tuna sandwich or something". Then she said, "Oh yeah, I always traded those.".
Peanut butter. Cheap, healthy, delicious. What's not to love?0
