Good morning everyone from cold Ontario Canada! ๐จ๐ฆโ๏ธ
Today I am beginning a whole new journey in life. On Saturday I will start my Ozempic journey. Hopefully my self discipline or lack thereof along with using this app will kick in and be a great resource along in the process.
I will also be doing YouTube & TikTok as well as instagram to journal my journey.
