    I'm so glad to see this challenge is still here! I had a baby in July and am eager to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, though that'll hopefully happen during the challenge after this one. ;) Thanks for posting!

    I’m very interested in your challenge. I’m a firm believer that MyFitnessPal works. 6 years ago I loss 48 lbs by joining the challenges. I have gained 20 lbs back and want to get back on track. With all the changes I hope I can find this challenge.

    My name is Donna. I am 62 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, high blood pressure and cholesterol, some osteoporosis and coronary heart disease with a stent in my heart. I am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.


    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT (FROM Dec 31, 2021): 199.8
    CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 184.8
