I have 100 pounds to lose by September of 2024. So, I will be first on the scale and last to 'I do' 🤣

Do what works best for you, get moving, weigh in weekly, and Crush. Those. Wedding. Goals!

I'll be here, trudging along. I've lost 88 pounds in 5 months in my 20s after my divorce. So I know I can do 100 in a year and a half with room for grace lol. Achy back, creaky knees, and non existent metabolism (from previous diets) and all, yaaay mid 30s🤣
