Ultimate Naked Noodles - misleading calories

Nutrition values per 100g 130 calories, per pot 320g, 417 calories, however the pot is 90g.
If you just add water (zero calories) as it’s already got herbs, flavourings in it, how can it be 417?
Calories don’t increase when adding water. E.g. If 100g of pasta was 100 calories dry, it’s still 100 calories when cooked.

I am assume that the 320g "per pot" is referring to 320g of noodles in the pot, not including the additional weight of water. But you should weigh the cup and see how many grams it is before adding water just to be sure.

These products are self contained and they're all single servings and they all have different weights. Which actual product are you referring to. Most are in the 280 calories per container and they're all carb bombs at 60 to 78%

100 grams of pasta is 130 calories, not 100. And 100 grams is one serving, there are 320 grams of pasta in the pot, meaning over 3 servings. Do the math, it's 416 calories for the pot. You're only meant to eat 1/3 of the pot.

The pot (full of dried noodles and flavourings) contains 90g of product.

That has no bearing whatsoever on the nutritional information since that is given on an ‘as consumed’ basis.

The ‘as consumed’ calorie count per 100g is given as 130 cals.

The dry contents when rehydrated with the amount of water as given in the instructions will yield 320g of ‘food’.

    130 x 3.2 = 416

The 417 stated on your pot is due to rounding somewhere in their numbers. But it’s just a single calorie!
