Hey all if anyone wants to be friends and help support each other then feel free to add me. I would really appreciate the support, I've started my atkins diet again and hope to keep the will power.

    If Atkins helps you live at an energy deficit: great, go for it. Like you said, all you need besides a diet you can actually follow, is willpower (and patience, but that is just another form of willpower).
