    Yes, and the solutions from tech support have done nothing. I've tried everything. Was wanting to go premium but not if I can't track my steps.

    mine doesn't sync either. sent 2 requests for assistance, they said they know about it and are fixing it. still messed up 5 days later.

    Mine synchs steps slightly better on iPhone than on iPad. However, the only amount of credit I get for steps is a calorie adjustment of 30 for the past 3 days. On the website today I’ve supposedly earned a calorie adjustment of 721.
