    Hey all! Super excited to jump in here. Restarting again after a long hiatus due to injury. On day 2 of heading back to the gym.

    Starting weight (back in 2021): 236lbs.

    I lost 1.2 lbs in Jan. more important I started exercising regularly and lifting weights. My plan this month is to work on the eating side of this thing. Have a great month everyone and lets drop some pounds.

    This is my first every challenge! I am really excited to be part of the community!
    My motivation is that I am getting married on March 9th and I would like to feel good and confident on my wedding dress.
