I got 7 miles in today.

    No running today for me. Did a class at 5:30 am. Will be doing a long run tomorrow.

    P90X Leg work out this morning - won't be running today!

    that's what I did too, week 2, but I actually prefer to get a quick run in after that one just to stretch my legs out a litte. Not enough time today so I'm a little nervous how I'll be feeling tomorrow.

    that's what I did too, week 2, but I actually prefer to get a quick run in after that one just to stretch my legs out a litte. Not enough time today so I'm a little nervous how I'll be feeling tomorrow.
    Probably not a bad idea! The first time I did the workout, I could hardly walk the next day:laugh: Now it's not so bad.

    I did Plyometrics today at 11:30am. Planning to run at 5:30pm. Woo hooo!

    I made it about 2 min before my legs really turned to jello, but I got in 3.5 that day. I'm hoping I'm a little used to it this week. I did walk a lot at work so hopefully that'll help. At least I can't feel it yet.

    now that's just insane! I might double up some days, but no on plyo days:noway:

    Yeah....I cut my run short by about 1/2 mile. Legs are feeling it now! Ugh!
