53, back to reclaim quality of life

It's been several years since I've taken any part in this community. Being cheered on, and cheering others on, is incredibly important to me.
I'm down 15 lbs, and have packed on at least as many lbs of lean muscle.
I'm currently lifting 3 days a week, and fasting every other day. I'm definitely making noticeable progress in the few months I've been back at it.
My plan is to reintroduce cardio to the routine. I'm doing everything slowly, as it's the best way for me to be successful. I'm surprised at how well it's working so far!
I'm built like a lineman. I'm currently around 275, down from about 300 lbs. Getting strong, looking better, and feeling great. 💪

Welcome back, and have fun with the cardio.
Linemen need to be light enough to climb those tall utility poles1 -
