We try to walk every day weather permitting. So your mile yesterday was more than I did.

    Keep pushing!
  • Wow!!! That's fast!! My best is 24 mins. I actually don't fitness walk for speed. I walk for stress release at a slower pace. If I walk too fast, I get more stressed out.

@vegetables4life WOW! That's wonderful and inspiring! Keep it up, maybe come July 4th sign up for a 5K (lots of towns have them) and challenge yourself to walk 3.1 miles! You'll find walking with all those runners and walkers is a wonderful way to be part of a community of walkers! everyone is so supportive, it's uplifting! The first time I did one I was very nervous, but so glad I did it when I crossed the finish line. Now I try to do one every year!
