Fatloss journey

Hi everyone

I am on a fat loss journey, l have over 20kg to lose. Since I've been on this journey, I have discovered scale weight does not matter at all, weekly weigh-ins or daily weigh-ins hold expectations. When I don't achieve them, l begin to doubt myself, however this time round, l wasn't fazed by the number on the scales. One day l decided to put on a dress that l couldn't fit into two weeks ago. I was shocked at how baggy it had become! Only 2 weeks!! In just 2 weeks l had lost weight from my waist, hips, and ahem..🤫🤭 BUT the scale weight didn't budge much, I consumed between 1,500 to 1900 calories a day. Anyway sorry for the long post. If anyone wants to join me or see some food ideas please add me.
