Love it and can't imagine sushi without it. But with what other foods or recipes have you used it?

I too love it. I've used in mashed up potatoes/mixed into sauces or glazes for proteins/mixed into hummus/I like it with egg dishes too.

Added some to deviled eggs today in place of mustard. I just have soooo much wasabi powder.

I use wasabi in Beetroot soup. Also in a chopped Egg mixture for stuffing in a pitta with salad veg.

I often use it mixed through Skyr as a dressing for roasted vegetables - especially good with roasted Sweet Potatoes or Brussel Sprouts.

Basically, anywhere I might use standard Horseradish or Mustards, to ring the changes. 🤷‍♀️

I buy a wasabi laced mayo. Mix wasabi into recipes that would normally call for horseradish. For example sour cream based sauces to serve on roast beef.

@MsCzar - did someone say wasabi?!

if you love wasabi - you may love:

Wasabi salad dressing- vegetable oil of choice, (I like EVOO), coconut aminos (or soy if you like), lemon or lime juice, a pinch of sweetener of choice.. I like monk fruit extract.), champagne vinegar, Dulse flakes and wasabi to taste. Grated fresh tastes very earthy and I love it.. the paste in a tube works too! Whisk up..

I use it on steak and salmon too.

Put some wasabi on a steak.

    You’ll be glad you did.

Yes! I make my own ketchup from my garden tomatoes. I added wasabi powder and it's pure heaven!
