Hi all
I started my weight loss journey on 6th March a day after my 36th bday.. Birthday resolution 😊 i really hope i will be able to make it... I have been quite active walking, cycling and i do calculate my calories intake each day.. Positive vibe . Let's support each other. Have a wonderful day all.

Of course you'll be able to make it - as long as you aren't too strict with yourself.
Accept that there will be days where life throws a little wrench in the works and you find yourself for whatever reason to have eaten off-plan. That's all it is, off-plan, not a dramatic failure. STILL LOG IT as well as you can. Get right back at The Plan the very next day.2
