March 1st Walked my dogs, walked at lunch, Gym in the evening.
March 2nd 151lbs, walked my dogs, will walk on my lunch break. Went to the gym.
March 3rd Walked my dogs, got rained on, will walk at lunch, got my monthly (ugh) Thinking we are having take away for dinner so not sure about the gym later
March 4th Spinning class and a bit of strength training, walked the doggies, chose my wedding flowers!
March 5th Had a lay in, spinning class and gym, walk with the dogs. Pottered about and got jobs done most of the day, Had a big dinner
March 6th. Walked the dogs, walked on my lunch break, legs at the gym.
March 7th. Walked the dogs, walked at lunch and its chest and tri's at the gym this evening
March 8th 152lbs, its gone up a pound, felt really deflated after that. I've been trying so hard! Anywho... walked my dogs, walked at lunch, got 10k steps in by lunchtime. Gym and then bed with a box set
March 9th walked my dogs, didnt walk at lunch as it was tipping down but i did make the gym
March 10th Still raining... weight back down to 151 was hoping for lower though Rest day from the gym
March 11th Did a spinning class and walked my dogs for an hour. Did a few jobs at home
March 12, 153lbs boooo! had a good session at the gym, legs and a bit of chest and shoulders, walked my dogs. Had a lovely carvery with my daughter and son in the evening. Went to bed with a very full tummy

March 20th Back on it. Down to 150 finally, 1 stone lost. Walked in the morning, walked at lunch and went to the gym.

Mar 6 190.5. Ugh. Homemade calzones last night. Yum. Second day of doing this dumbbell workout plan with mfp. Will see how it goes. Getting all my water in. Yeah!
Mar 9 190.5 hurt my knee so will have to dial down the workouts. Have been really focusing on calories and water this week.
Mar 18 190 knee is still pretty hurt. Havenβt been focused on calories but staying the same so thatβs good. Mostly glad I didnβt gain weight from the steroids. I will have to look up some chair workouts.
Mar 22 191. Ugh. Knee is feeling better so Iβm going to try some slow bike later today π€0 -

March 21st 149lbs Walked my dogs. Walked at lunch and went to the gym. We had a charity cake day in the office so i did indulge in some amazing cake and some lovely bread that an associate had made. It was all so good. I had 2 slices of bread with proper butter, a small slice of lemon and raspberry cake and a small piece of brownie. I figured that i work hard in the gym and make sure i get my 10k steps in so i can have little treat days here and there.0 -

March 26th, had a lay in, spinning class, shoulders,hubby went out so i had a day to myself. leaned the house, walked the dogs cooked dinner.
March 27th Aunt flo again, second time this month. walked my doggies, will walk at lunch then its back bi's and tri's in the gym later.

March 17th Walked my dogs, went out for lunch, was careful to make good choices. Had a takeaway for dinner, curry, it was so blinking good.
March 18th, My birthday, did a spinning class, rode my motorbike in the sunshine, and danced all night!
March 19, walked my dogs, mostly ate chocolate all day, didnt go to the gym
March 20th Back on it. Down to 150 finally, 1 stone lost. Walked in the morning, walked at lunch and went to the gym.
March 22st 149lbs Walked my dogs. Walked at lunch and went to the gym. We had a charity cake day in the office so i did indulge in some amazing cake and some lovely bread that an associate had made. It was all so good. I had 2 slices of bread with proper butter, a small slice of lemon and raspberry cake and a small piece of brownie. I figured that i work hard in the gym and make sure i get my 10k steps in so i can have little treat days here and there.
March 23rd Walked, walked some more and did a gym session
March 24th Walked the dogs in the morning then i had a first aid at work course all day. Didnt go to the gym in the evening, counted this as my rest day
March 25th Spinning class, love spinning! worked legs in the gym, walked my dogs and pottered all day.
March 26th, had a lay in, spinning class, shoulders,hubby went out so i had a day to myself. Cleaned the house, walked the dogs cooked dinner.
March 27th Aunt flo again, second time this month. walked my doggies, will walk at lunch then its back bi's and tri's in the gym later.
March 28th. Walked my dogs. The weather is not looking good today, hopefully the rain holds off so i can get a walk in at lunch. And its legs at the gym later. Hubby is away with work so im doing everything for the next week and a half... might be to tired for the gym, we shall see. Aunt flo is heavy π«π«
March 29th. Aunt flo still visiting...ugh Walked my dogs before work, walked in the rain at lunch, weather in the UK sucks at the mo.
March 30th 147lbs. Didnt expect that because i got up feeling horrendous, not complaining though. Walked my dogs, walked at lunch. No gym this evening, I'm taking a friend to see a show1 -

Mar 9 190.5 hurt my knee so will have to dial down the workouts. Have been really focusing on calories and water this week.
Mar 18 190 knee is still pretty hurt. Havenβt been focused on calories but staying the same so thatβs good. Mostly glad I didnβt gain weight from the steroids. I will have to look up some chair workouts.
Mar 22 191. Ugh. Knee is feeling better so Iβm going to try some slow bike later today π€
Mar 30 191 this week (month) has been insanely stressful so Iβm glad to be just staying the same this month. My household bought two new cars and then had two small accidents (over the month) and one horrific accident this week (my daughter is ok). Ready for this month to be over and find out what the plan is for her car and so we can be stress free.0 -
