Back at it Again

I love life, but life has been kinda crazy the last few years.
Lost track of my eating and exercise and felt the results. Six weeks ago I started a 16:8 diet and started lifting weights, but did not track what I ate. I’m much stronger and regained my self discipline, but have not lost any weight.
Yep, I know I’m looking and feel a bit better, but my weight is worrisome still more than 100 pounds higher where I need to be. Tomorrow I start tracking my water and food intake and drinking bone broth and finding a way to eat the 35 g of veggies that my doc told me to do.
So I’m back at it again. If you have room for another friend, please add me.
Mike

Hey Mike, just for clarification - are you sure it's supposed to be 35g of veggies? That's literally like half a cup of broccoli? For an entire day?0
