It's officially cold here now. So my winter goal now is to come out on the other end of hoodie and jogger season being in shape enough to actually be comfortable going shirtless. Kinda like a weird dad butterfly 🤔

Just finished a 4-month lifting ban due to an injured elbow. Since I couldn't lift, I hit cardio hard, dropped weight to the lowest it's been in 20 years. From the neck down, I think I look pretty good for a 45-yo father of four.6 -

Felt cute. Might delete later. Here’s todays dadbod post 20 minute hiit, 4 heavy bag kickboxing rounds at 5 minutes, shoulders, curls, 1 minute plank, 1 minute abdominals for cool down.
Had to make up for not sparring today.
