I am haunted by food and on a mission to maintain a 60lb loss.

Hello friends,

I've been a member on and off for a little over a year and I have enjoyed the holidays more than ever this past year! Although I feel blessed to have had such merry times, I am ready to get back on track. I need to lose 15 lbs to be back to maintaining a 60 lb weight loss for 3 years.

I'm relentless when motivated and certain that no matter what it takes, I WILL achieve my goal!

Any friend requests for mutual support and cheer leading would be awesome.

I do Tai Chi 6 days a week, count calories and walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

    Good for you for catching yourself and taking control!!!!!!!!

    I’m also in maintenance. I think it’s harder than actual loss because you have to stay on your toes.
