Hey, everyone, here I am, mid-60s, starting on this weight loss trip again. I've lost weight successfully in the past, but due to illness, I've fallen off the wagon, so to speak, and put the weight back on. I am at 231 lbs right now, and my target weight is 185. So here we go! Got a ways to go, but I know consistency and patience are the keys.
