Green tea counts in my water intake ?

yay or nay ? I think I read somewhere that it does. I'm only adding a little honey to it so I'm not logging it under calories

Yes, I would count it as water.0

I would as well, but I'd still try and get in the additional 2L of water simply because the green tea is a mild diuretic, and constricts those blood vessels, so get the best of both worlds!

If I drink 16 ounces of my diet green tea, I log 8 ounces of it as water.0
