    Would nocturnal eating syndrome not require one to wake up from sleep to eat as opposed to staying up extra extra late and eating before either starting or achieving sleep, or did I misread?

    Apparently my kids’ joke didn’t translate very well haha! Maybe it’s something you have to hear. “Insom nom nom nom” is like the sound of eating delicious food if that helps (think Cookie Monster). Maybe this is considered a Mom Joke lol.

    I think they saw it as an IG story- it had a dog on it. We thought it was hilarious and relevant 😏
