    After trying to puzzle out a back squat alternative I felt like doing,I decided to ask the young man using the rack if he’d be done in 15 minutes or so. He said “yeah I saw you come in & I know you need the rack. I’ll hurry it up.” First of all I feel terrible for making a nice boy feel like he has to rush. Secondly, what? People know me & my habits? What?! Anyway I’m on the treadmill
