Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie

I just made these for my kids and they scarfed them down. Not only did they get tons of Vitamin A, they got all their omega 3's and 6's from the Chia seeds.

Makes 4 Servings

2 1/2 cups pumpkin pie mix
1/2 cup almond milk or soy milk (adjust accordingly)
1/2 cup applesauce
1 TBS Chia Seeds (thickener)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Spirutein Chocolate)
1/2 cup ice (optional)

Blend and enjoy!
