Recommitting to Myself... want to Recommit to you with me?

Hey Y'all. Back in 2006ish, when I lost 100lbs, I lost the bulk of it after I created a group on the Weight Watchers forum where a small group of us touched base every day to either just share our plans for the day, to give support to another struggling, give and get tips, or just exclaim that we met our goal that day. I called it the Recommitment Challenge, and it helped me beyond belief!

I have been on a weight loss roller coaster for 12 years now. I am 45 and feel 75. I need this support again. This time, I am not only focusing on losing weight, but building my strength, working on my mental health among other things I wish to improve. I have been in a 3 year slump... and I can't blame the pandemic anymore!! 😂

We don't have to be doing the same plans, we don't have to working on the same things about ourselves. If you want a place to share what you are doing, your good and bad days, your meal plans, the new med you are trying, the book you are reading and how you feel about it, a great new trail you hiked etc... bring it!

I know I can't be the only one feeling this way. Want to do this together?
