Bedtime was delayed two hours to search for wife's cat she thought had escaped outside...eventually found hiding in furnace room...would I be justified in "accidentally" pouring the contents of the cat's water bowl over his head when I feed him dinner tonight?0

Isn't he a diet Pepsi fan?
While it's true I'm a Pepsi fan (full-sugar version), do I not limit myself to 1-2 cans per week but also not before lunch? As far as waking up in the morning after 6 or fewer hours of sleep, am I the only one who is so excited by the chance to hit the gym right after waking that getting up is not a problem? Admittedly, this adrenalin rush does wear off, but for the rest of the day can I not get the same caffeine benefits as coffee through the taking of caffeine pills?1 -
arent there people who prefer the gym post work to relieve stress?1
