Hello
In August I have something special, I want to lose 20kg now I am 69kg so If anyone gives me advice on how to start. I have already started to diet and since yesterday I go to the gym but I don't know from where should I start.

You are probably not going to lose 20kg in three or four months, that is pretty aggressive and unhealthy.
Maybe 6-8kg. Even that would be a lot at your current weight. How tall are you? Surely you don't have a lot of extra weight to lose.
Start by setting up your Goals here and logging food.4 -
Agree with above. Trying to lose that much weight in such a short time would be putting your body in a stress mode which will make it defy you by lowering your metabolic rate, and also could play havoc with your normal hormonal balance (IE. eating too little to try to lose could make your hair fall out)
Losing 1% of your bodyweight a week would be doable. And you SHOULDN'T be just be doing this for an event, but to improve your overall health and fitness for a lifetime.

What they both said^^^.
Not possible without serious consequences to your health. Have patience. You should have started a year to 6 months ago. Nothing is so special that you damage yourself to achieve it. Lose what you comfortably can. Then keep going.1 -
At 152 pounds, you cannot lose 44 pounds safely in just a few months. A more realistic rate of loss is a pound a week for the first 24 pounds.

Yup, I’m gonna echo everyone else - losing about 1% of your weight per week should be your max goal. 20kg would be really rough on you in that amount of time. As someone who has made the mistake of trying to crash diet multiple times, I can also tell you that it’s pretty likely to backfire when you get super hungry and feel weak and tired and then overeat and fall off your fitness plan. Far better to try to lose less and achieve your goal.
Try aiming for slower weight loss, healthy eating, and add some weight lifting from now until August - you will look great and, more importantly, FEEL great at your event!0
