Hi everyone! I was pleasantly surprised to see such a big loss this week! :bigsmile: I kept moving my scale around the bathroom to make sure the scale wasn't on an uneven surface or something, but it stayed the same the whole time - woohoo! Hope everyone else had great week as well. :flowerforyou:
LOL, I did the SAME EXACT THING with my scale this morning. I just couldn't believe that I had lost over 2 pounds in a week, that hasn't happened in a very long time.

This Baby is playing around with me not sure how to judge weight lose and gain right now. Sunday weigh in at 251 now back down to 247. We will see what next week holds in store for me. I exceeded my October 6th goal by almost 2 pounds an entire two weeks early!! I knew I built a little wiggle room into my goals because I am the type of person that quits before and/or if she fails; however, I didn't expect to meet the first goal this quickly!

Don't stress about it! Get back to tracking and I am sure it will come off. Even if you don't make your first mini-goal you can make it up over the course of the rest of the challenge. Don't let yesterday's (or last week's) slip ups affect today's or tomorrow's choices. If you get back on your path, you will start to see a trend in the right direction. You didn't weigh-in last week, but I am willing to bet since your weight is the exact same, you probably did have a loss and just don't know it because you don't have last week's weight to measure against.0 -
