Always questioning is good, but as you get more fit the progress will be slower. Remember it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Keep up the hard work!0 -
Back to my normal and most favorite gym and time. With round 2 thrown in at a different gym several times a week.

I feel like the slightly cropped top wasn’t the best choice for my tennis match. Every time I stretched and raised my arm for a serve or overhead, I felt like I was exposing a bit too much tummy skin for a woman my age.6 -
