I have to bike to work and home which is 10.5 miles total. I work at a gym so I workout after work.
Welp, per the scale this morning I have already hit my 10 day goal. I have upped my protien, upped my cardio and watched my calorie intake. It would be phenomenal to be 165 or so by 5/31.
It would be awesome to hit 155 for June 30th but I won't be upset if im 165. I don't want to lose weight too fast.

We have the same exact goals!! I do 5 miles of walking instead of the biking you do. How much protein are you eating? Maybe I need to up that1
