125 pounds - update! Image heavy.

Well, this morning I hit the 125 pound down mark. I posted here at 100 pounds down, I figured maybe it is time for an update.
February: 165.5 kilograms (365 pounds).
Bust: 153 centimeters/61 inches.
Waist: 131 centimeters/52 inches.
Hips: 158 centimeters/62.2 inches.
July: 122.1 kilograms (269 pounds).
Bust: 112 centimeters/44 inches.
Waist: 92 centimeters/36.5 inches.
Hips: 131 centimeters/52 inches.
September: 111 kilograms (244.7 pounds)
Bust:107 centimeters/42 inches.
Waist: 85 centimeters/33.5 inches.
Hips: 124 centimeters/49 inches.
Today: 108.5 kilograms/239.2 pounds.
Bust: 101 centimeters/40 inches.
Waist: 82 centimeters/32.5 inches.
Hips: 122 centimeters/48 inches.
Well, there we go. Hopefully all my pictures behave. Only 95 more pounds to go, heh!

HOw did you do it?
Well, it started with NEEDING to lose at least 10 kilograms to get a surgery on my intestines that would just make my life fantastic. I ended up losing 17 kilograms throughout that process with a prescription liquid diet and I decided it would be really, SUPER dumb of me to just maintain that or, a more likely scenario, gain it all back and more. After that it's been plain ol' calorie counting and regular exercise.0 -

Hi. I was very impressed to see your photos. Do you have advice for me?
I follow a 1200 - 1300 regime. Practically no red meat, but lots of fruit, veges, water, chicken and fish. Limited dairy. Am regularly excercising as much as I can, with arthritis. But while I am losing inches, I am not losing weight, according to my scales. Have changed batteries, weigh before breakfast but weight does not shift below 79 .5kg - 80 kgs. Any hints pleeese! Squirrel 70.0
