    Would you believe you’ve been a positive influence in my attempt to do without coffee on weekdays, @nossmf ? While I haven’t given it up completely, doesn’t enjoying it on the weekends make it more special?

    Isn't it remarkable how similar a situation it is with me and my addiction to sodas? Where once I used to drink 2 liters of soda per day, barely tasting it, now that I'm limited to 1-2 cans of soda per week, is it not amazing how much more I can actually taste it and therefore enjoy it?

    What does that mean? Did you notice no one posted yesterday? Doesn't it seem the thread is a little quieter these days? But more importantly, how are you doing? Enjoying summer? Going to the beach?

    Didn’t I have to really look to find this thread since it had been awhile?

    Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be at the beach right now? Won’t I have to instead make do with just admiring the ocean from my hotel room?

    Can you believe I'm still moving, like the Eveready Bunny? Aren't I fortunate that my worst problem at the moment is that I have only 39 days in which to lose 11 pounds in order to reach zero gain from my weight of last year?
    (And even then, won't I still be 10 pounds above where I'd like to be?)
