Hello I'm Grace and I'm here for help and support to lose weight. Ideally my long term goal is to lose 80lbs having lost 10lbs already but I find it difficult to motivate myself. I have quite a sedentary lifestyle and I know I need to move more but mentally it's so hard to do. I have some health issues but nothing that would prevent me from going for a walk on a regular basis. So why don't I? Answers below please :-)

    Hi Grace! You can do this. Just be 1% better each day. Set yourself a new lifestyle of eating. Not just focused on the scale, but by using this app you can alter your eating habits. I've had great success taking my time and eliminating things like empty calories (beer, soda, etc). You got this!
