So I'm having hunger pains, I ate my meals and workout and drank 1 gallon of water. Its 11:28 and I'm starving..What the crabby patty. I don't want to go over my calories, but my stomach is killing me, also its too late to eat. What do I do? I drank more water but its not helping. If someone has any solutions please let me know.

I'd have a small snack anyway. if you go over your cals by a little bit, your body isn't going to revolt against you.0

Find something high in fiber & protein and low in cals to eat. Greek yogurt is a good choice.0

could you just go to bed?? that is what i do. no reason to be up this late!0

i had the same problem, what i do is eat some fat free cottage cheese or drink a gnc total lean shake, both seems to keep me full until i fall a sleep. its only extra 170 more cals of high protein.0

A cup of decaf coffee or tea? I have one of those when I get the late night munchies and they seem to work better than water.0

Yogurt was a good choice or try some granola or nuts. You are not going to be able to sleep well if you go to bed on an empty stomach.:indifferent:0

Have an apple...that seems to be my go-to when I'm really hungry at night.0

Have a small snack. There is no point in making yourself uncomfortable and causing pain for a few calories, a few won't make a difference. Also, it is never too late to eat!0

I think instead of fighting it and actually having physical discomfort you should eat a small healthy snack - do you have any pecans or walnuts available - eat a small handful of those (about 20 pieces), they're crunchy and if you eat them one at a time and chew thoroughly it will take a bit of time to eat them. That way your eating a healthy protein and satisfying your need for food.
I've learned sometimes it's best to give in a little, just try to make it a healthy choice and something that will satisfy you. Good luck0 -
he said what the crabby patty...lol....if u have some fruit...try that or a protein shake...or go to sleep..u wont know ur hungry once ur sleep0

The problem is that I finished my low fat cottage cheese OOOOOOOOOH THE HUMANITY! :sad:0

drink some warm milk with sugar or plain whichever you like and if that doesn't do it make a sandwich but burn some more calories like jumping jacks on the spot and enjoy.0

no you can't because you could wake up in the middle of the night hungry0 -
So first of all thank you for coming to the rescue with all your warm and knowledgeable comments. I can use my whey protein mix with water that will satisfy me. I just don't want to start going over my calorie intake, then thinking its okay to do it all the time. :drinker: on that protein. Tomorrow I'll hit the store and get some more cottage cheese and fruits and veggies ..THANKS GUYS AND GALS Y'ALL ROCK
Oh and if someone needs a extra friend let me know, cause I have 0 :grumble:0 -

I was going to say that. This is the thing someone made chocolate cake, hotdogs and chips. I don't want to wake up and eat everything in my path but I won't.0 -
Have some low-GI yoghurt (or an apple).
Then do the minimum amount of exercise (or cleaning!) to use up the calories. That way, you will satisfy your hunger, and still be under your calories for the day.
If you still think you won't be able to sleep, then have a warm shower - your stomach will be happy, your body will be clean, and your conscience will be clear!!!0
