So, I'm starting 30DS tomorrow and I just want to know how some of you may track it because I am unable to find an entry for it in the exercise database.

    calisthenics vigorous effort tends to be pretty close to my heart rate monitor.

    Circuit training general is what most people use. Good luck!

    I enter it as circuit training and eat back about 200 calories.

  • yep ... 25 min of Circuit training is what I log it as..... good luck, I am on day 5
  • I never put in my exercise on her because it seems as if it overestimates the amount you burn
  • I also log it as circuit and just for curosity I checked calories burned for calesthenics and got the same number.
