So, I'm starting 30DS tomorrow and I just want to know how some of you may track it because I am unable to find an entry for it in the exercise database.

I enter it as circuit training and eat back about 200 calories.

yep ... 25 min of Circuit training is what I log it as..... good luck, I am on day 50

I never put in my exercise on her because it seems as if it overestimates the amount you burn0

I also log it as circuit and just for curosity I checked calories burned for calesthenics and got the same number.0
