    Nice to see all the people with the losses I am truly happy for all of you"ll it is truly motivating.

    Fridays exercises- did 3 minute bear walk, 50 crunches at home.
    In the pool- 150 jumping jacks, 50 split squats.
    In the pool- 45 minutes jogging= 2 miles
    Today's weight- 191.4
