Hi everyone! I started my weight loss journey yesterday. My goal is to lose 35kg! It’s the heaviest I’ve ever been. I irised to be healthy and fit - I had a big mental shift a couple of days ago. I’m ‘showing’up for myself and making sure to listen to my body- I started on the stationary bike yesterday and today made almost 8000 steps. I’ll be alternating between the two but will do something daily. I’ve also started intermittent fasting. Im sick of feeling awful and I look forward to feeling like my old self one day. Here’s to new beginnings

I felt the same as you a couple days ago, for me I would feel fantastic on how I looked and how I dressed until I looked in the mirror and hated what I saw. Suddenly I felt awful! Hated how I looked. So had a huge mental shift as you describe and I find that is what helps so much. Having the right mind set means so much.
