    Hey everyone sorry I've been working alot of nights shifts lately, I will try to update this weekend when I'm off, everyone is doing great. I'm back at 200lbs, I havent been excersizing like I should. but I'm getting on top of it this week. have a good week!

    Great results for me this week. I lost 4 pounds. :bigsmile: I'm now at 252. Only 7 pounds from my mini goal!

    That means I only lost 1lbs this week. Kind of disappointing, but at least it was a loss.

    I stayed at the same this week as last week!! :( I don't know what has gotten into my lately...I haven't been doing good at all. Where has my motivation gone?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! UGH!!

    Stay focused. Stay active, Stay determined. Eat well, even if you don't workout... Workout if you are not eating well.

    I've been kinda lacking motivation the last couple of weeks. Not eating as well and working out less. I'm gonna try and power through and stay focused until my birthday the party my *kitten* off....
